We stopped by #BlackBearDiner and had an excellent experience. The restaurant wasn't busy, allowing us to be seated promptly by the single waiter on duty. We both chose the Chicken Avocado Bacon Club sandwich, accompanied by fries and onion rings and let me tell you; they were absolutely fantastic!
For such busy morning following graduations, our waitress Jessica did an amazing job. We had a few hic ups but totally understandable. She had the right attitude and worked hard to do her best and she nailed it. Rosy was phenomenal, she sat people as fast as she could! Parties of 10, 12, and so on! She kept a friendly patient attitude! Everything under control! We will be back!
For the people complaining, y'all are weird. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced!! It was pretty dead on a Sunday evening, the guy at the register was really kind, and the waitress I recognized from the Holiday Inn bar! She was very kind! The atmosphere was super cozy and I absolutely loved the theme of the whole place! It's a home cooked American diner. The food was priced pretty well! The menu was unique, as it was printed on a newspaper! It was fun to read! In the photo provided is chicken tenders, and the smaller paw meal of the chicken fried steak, with a side of sweet potato fries and some really yummy white cheddar Mac and cheese!!! That meal was only about 13!!! There are so many well priced meals!!! I DEFINITELY can't wait to go here again!!! The ranch was probably one of the best restaurant style ranch I've had in a WHILE!!!!
Delicious, big portions of tasty food! Had no idea this place was a chain with locations all over California, Washington, Texas, Oregon & Arizona...Wonderful server Amy made sure my breakfast was cooked just how I like it; eggs scrambled well, chicken sausage with a sear on it and a fluffy waffle with fresh strawberries & whipped cream. Amy made sure my coffee cup was always full and she helped my Dad with ordering items on the menu. She even showcased the yummy desserts we could order to take home as we were cashing out. A great place to eat I will definitely come back to again!
There is always amazing quantity and flavor offered here. The service isn’t the best when I have gone, my server is not in the best mood. Everyone else seems friendly. The bathrooms always have a bad smell as if there is a plumbing problem. Besides that I go all the time because the food is amazing for the price you pay. Highly recommend the Oreo shake it’s Amazingly delicious!

Went to black bear yesterday had an amazing experience the food was great! Our server Guadalupe was wonderful as well! She checked on us frequently was very polite and had great recommendations on food. The Steak was amazing loved every last every bite of it! Great recommendation from Guadalupe everyone should try the New York steak.The fried onion rings were tasty as well. Black bear is a really great place it was very clean and had good atmosphere and great service. We will definitely come back here soon with my family again. Thank you again GUADALUPE and staff!
Been hearing about Black Bear diner for a Good while. Finally tried it today for breakfast and let me tell you it was a great experience. I regret not having it Sooner. The food was awesome and service was great. I truly recommend it.
